Support Regulations

When asking us for help or anything else like that, it's important that you follow our regulations at all times.

Rule 1 - Keep on topic on all times.

Rule 2 - Treat our Support members with full respect.

Rule 3 - No hate speech.

Rule 4 - No sensitive media and no inappropriate content.

Rule 5 - Do not spam ping us or email us.

Rule 6 - Be patient at all times, we do understand that sometimes it can be stressful when you want it to be over and done with however our staff sometimes can be busy depending if their available or not.

All regulations mentioned above must be followed at all times, failure to comply may result in action being taken at any point.

These apply for our communication server when contacting staff and for when emailing us.
