When reaching out to us, it's crucial that you follow the regulations.
Rule 1 - Keep on topic on all times.
Rule 2 - Treat our support members with full respect as we do the same to you.
Rule 3 - No hate speech.
Rule 4 - No sensitive media and no inappropriate content.
Rule 5 - Do not spam email or spam ping us.
Rule 6 - Be patient at all times, we do understand that sometimes it can be stressful when you want it to be over and done with, however our staff sometimes can be busy depending if their available or not.
All regulations must be taken seriously at all costs.
